Pink, Delicious, and Aromatic from Pangkep, Called CAO

Cao is typical food from Pangkep. It made from shrimp or little fish which the colour is pink. In the process, give salt and yeast in order that it can be durable. Cao isn’t original name from this food but the name from China. although the name from China, but the food was there before a culturation with china happen. Usually the people make it for there refrigerator. But, now the people still eat it because the taste is so unique.

How To Cook CAO
  1. First, prepare all of tools and ingredients.
  2. After that, heat the cooking oil.
  3. Slice the union, and pour into the heat cooking oil. Fry until it smell. Pour water sufficiently for make it delicious.
  4. Next pour cao into fry pan, heat it until boil.
  5. Finally, cao ready to served. It will be more delicious if we eat it together with cucumber or green banana.
