Pink, Delicious, and Aromatic from Pangkep, Called CAO

Cao is typical food from Pangkep. It made from shrimp or little fish which the colour is pink. In the process, give salt and yeast in order that it can be durable. Cao isn’t original name from this food but the name from China. although the name from China, but the food was there before a culturation with china happen. Usually the people make it for there refrigerator. But, now the people still eat it because the taste is so unique.

How To Cook CAO

1. First, prepare all of tools and ingredients.
2. After that, heat the cooking oil.
3. Slice the union, and pour into the heat cooking oil. Fry until it smell. Pour water sufficiently for make it delicious.
4. Next pour cao into fry pan, heat it until boil.
5. Finally, cao ready to served. It will be more delicious if we eat it together with cucumber or green banana.

Kribsi at Sumpang Bita

On Tuesday, one of subject in Ibnu Sina class is Local content. That day teacher of local content gave us a task about one of beautiful place, Sumpang Bita. After divided the group and their respective duties, Local Content’s time was over. But we were still debated about our planning to Sumpang Bita together. The result of that debated is all of Ibnu Sina’s students went to Sumpang Bita on Sunday, March 27 2011. We were fun, because it’s first time we were went to one place together. And after we went to Sumpang Bita, we went to Rizky’s house not far from Sumpang Bita. 

That day arrives, we were promised to assemble in front of school at seven o’clock. But as our imagine, we went to Sumpang Bita at nine o’clock. All boys and some girl in Ibnu Sina used motorcycle, and 9 persons used Mita’s car, and the other used public transportation, Included me. And we were arrived at Sumpang Bita, and Igi managed tickets for us. After that, we were entered to Sumpang Bita area. Our destination was the Cave of Sumpang Bita. But we must passed a few meters, and ± 1000 steps to went to the cave. On the way, rain was came and we were ran to shelter. Until there were one friend got damaged of his sandal, and we were laughing him. when the rain began to subside, we were continued our the journey. Because the rain, the steps was slick. So we must be careful to climb the steps. But, it’s made the legs quickly tired. And than we decided to take a rest in the rest place near from Sumpang Bita’s pond. In there, some friends would stayed in the rest place because they’re cannot continued the journey until the cave. So they’re stay and keep our bag.

And we were continued our journey, sometime we take a rest on the way. And than we arrived in the cave. In the cave already the student of collage from history faculty. We were search our topic to presentation our group, fortunately the student of collage would helped us. Not only Local content, but also we can learnt the history. Because in the cave there was pra-history heritage. But the cloud around the cave was cloudy, so we must fasted to finish our task and back. After all was finish, we went to the rest place which there was our friends in there. Because the steps was still slick, so we must be careful to descend the steps. Descend the steps more easy that climb the steps. And we arrived in the rest place, not many time we were called friends in the rest place to back. Not far from the rest place, Zakiah was slip. Reflex, I was laughing her. But in the same step, I was also slip. So all my friends looked at me and laughing me, I’m shy at the time. After that, we were already go to Rizki’s house. It’s the memorable experience, and I don’t want to forget it. Never ever, because it’s a part of my life story.
